General Counsel and Corporate Secretary of The Bartech Group

Andrean Horton was appointed General Counsel and Corporate Secretary in May 2008.   Prior to her current position, Ms. Horton held the position of Vice President of Legal and Regulatory Compliance at YRC Worldwide, Inc.  She brings a wealth of legal expertise to Bartech including a focus on legal and regulatory compliance, labor and employment, environmental matters, intellectual property, real estate, and litigation.  Ms. Horton is an active participant in the community serving on several boards of directors.  She received her Juris Doctor degree from Case Western Reserve University School of Law and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Michigan.
