President of Bartech Enterprise Staffing

Mr. Barber joined The Bartech Group in 2008 to lead the Bartech Enterprise Staffing Division. He brings almost 20 years of industry expertise to Bartech, with much of this time spent developing and establishing strong staffing sales and delivery centers across the country. Deon has particular expertise in recruiting and information technology. Prior to joining Bartech he was a Global Vice President at RCG Information Technology where he was responsible for key initiatives to create competitive advantages that led to strong profitability. With these global initiatives, recruiting and service delivery methodologies were created to support the enterprise vendor managed services business. Mr. Barber also brings an innovative, entrepreneurial approach to staffing services having started and operated his own company. Deon also has a special passion for helping at-risk adolescents. He founded two community service organizations that when combined, supported hundreds of families in need and over 1,000 troubled adolescents. Mr. Barber attended both Western Maryland College and Howard University.
