Vice President of Direct and Contract Recruitment of The Bartech Group

Jennifer Spicher joined The Bartech Group in 2007 to help accelerate the Company’s growth in direct and contract placements. She brings a wealth of experience and demonstrated accomplishments in the staffing industry. Most recently she served as Market Director at a national staffing and recruitment firm and was responsible for the operations of its southeast Michigan region. Her expertise is Information Technology (IT) and Finance/Accounting staffing services. Ms. Spicher is experienced in establishing recruiting process and strategy, as well as compensation and incentive programs. She has also served in the positions of Regional Recruiting Manager, Senior IT Staffing Professional, and Sales Coordinator. Ms. Spicher holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Affairs from Wayne State University.
