Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of The Bartech Group

Thomas J. Shea is responsible for the overall operation and performance of The Bartech Group’s Finance and Corporate Services functions. He joined The Bartech Group in 1995 as Chief Financial Officer and was named Executive Vice President in 1997. Formerly a Senior Manager of the Audit Staff at PricewaterhouseCoopers in both their Detroit and New York offices, he also served in the firm’s New York Corporate Finance Department, and its Venture Capital Valuation Services Group in Chicago.

Prior to PricewaterhouseCoopers, Tom held the position of Chief Financial Officer for Ivonyx Group Services, Inc., a national provider of home health care services. He holds volunteer leadership positions with the Detroit Historical Society, including the offices of Treasurer and Chairman of the Finance Committee. Mr. Shea graduated from the University of Michigan in 1982 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics, and earned a Master of Business Administration degree in 1989. Tom is also a Certified Public Accountant.
