The International Telephone and Telegraph Company acquire the Barfield Cleaning Company at one of the highest multiples recorded in that era.

Barfield incorporates John Barfield & Associates to provide technical staffing services to the Big Three automakers.

The Company changes its name to The Bartech Group, becoming one of the nation’s first minority-owned and operated firms specializing in technical staffing.

Bartech launches its Workforce Management division.
Bartech also opens an office in Canada.

Bartech opens its first international office in the United Kingdom.
