David W. Barfield, President
David W. Barfield joined The Bartech Group in 1995. David is responsible for growing Bartech Workforce Management (BWM) from an idea to an industry leader that manages $1 billion in Master Service Provider-related staffing expenditures. He was promoted to Senior Vice President of The Bartech Group and President of Bartech Workforce Management in 2007.
Mr. Barfield began his professional career with Xerox Corporation in 1988, where he worked as an Account Executive responsible for marketing the firm’s products and services to high volume customers in the Washington, DC market. David holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Georgetown University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Michigan Business School. He serves on the Board of Directors of several organizations including Cleary University, The American Society of Employers, and the Ronald McDonald House of Ann Arbor.
Mary Beth Vansen, Vice President of Operations
Mary Beth Vansen has helped to build a world class implementation organization at BWM. She joined BWM in 2004. Before coming to BWM, Ms. Vansen was the vice president of the infrastructure services group for a national provider of human capital services. She has held throughout her career a variety of key roles including director of global support services and director of global supplier relations. Ms. Vansen was instrumental in developing and implementing global VMS solutions for the U.S. transportation industry. She holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from The University of Detroit.
