Product Verification & Validation Planning/Reliability Engineer
Location: Horicon, WI
Client: John Deere
Pay rate: $40-42 per hour negotiable based on background/experience.
Shift: - 1st shift position
For this opportunity, the successful candidate will be directly employed by Bartech Staffing while providing services to John Deere, who is looking for people who are eligible to work in the US and can start immediately.
Summary:

  • Plan and coordinate testing and analysis work for design projects varying in complexity from component only to complete development programs of broad scope.
  • Operate in a team environment within PV&V (Product Verification and Validation) and the design community.
  • Develop and execute test or analysis plans for product verification and validation.
  • Help establish short and long term objectives, goals, and priorities for the test lab.

Qualifications:

  • 4 year engineering degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • Strong mechanical and or electrical aptitude
  • Strong problem solving skills
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Write clearly and concisely to document test procedures
  • Ability to lead and execute vehicle tests
  • Ability to analyze complex data, draw conclusions and make recommendations
  • Ability to communicate within a cross functional team across multiple sites and drive results
  • MS Office experience
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically to support field tests, etc.
  • Hands on skills and aptitude with mechanical, hydraulic and/or electrical systems.
